Who are we?
Davenport Realty is a unique brokerage founded by three Real Estate Professionals who were leaders at a major real estate brokerage, and in early 2018 founded Davenport Realty with offices in London and Waterloo.
Brenda McKinley has been prominent in the Burlington Real Estate Community for almost 2 decades, and in late 2018 partnered with Davenport to open her own branch in Burlington. You can read about Brenda’s journey here.

Why do we work this way?
At Davenport Burlington we’re in Real Estate for the long term. We want to build a substantial, well regarded business whose customers are so impressed with how we look after them that they will recommend us to their friends and family. We can only do that by putting our clients interests first, every time.
So what does all this mean to you as a client?
It means you can expect a Davenport agent to invest their time and expertise to really understand your needs, and make sure you are aware of all the options open to you. We also offer practical help and support that you wouldn’t expect, for example we offer “Movesnap”, a home moving concierge service that can remove a lot of the stress of moving, completely free of charge to our clients.
If you are selling:
- We will come out to your home prepared, with details of recent sales in your area. We want to hear your goals and plans... getting to know our clients is one of the most rewarding parts of the job for us.
- Once we understand what is important to you, we will work with you to develop a strategic plan and make recommendations for home improvements that will increase the value of your home. We always tailor our recommendations to your budget and we can recommend trusted contractors if needed.
- We want to hear what you think. What works for you? What concerns do you have? What else can we do to make your move as successful and smooth as possible?
- Once you are confident in our strategy, we can start work on your behalf as soon as you wish.
If you are buying:
- When we help buyers it is all about understanding our clients’ wants and needs. That means looking beyond a list of house specifications and really talking about how you want this purchase to change your lives. For example if your family is growing, your needs are very different from an empty nester looking to downsize, but you may both be looking for 3 bedroom houses.
- Once we fully understand your goals, we can set up daily notifications so that you see new properties as soon as they go on the market. We will alert our network to flag new properties that may be of interest to you, and will bring other options you may not have considered to your attention.
