Davenport Realty is a unique brokerage founded by Wes Watson, Steve Smith and Gerald Holland. These three friends were leaders at a major real estate brokerage in the Waterloo area and in early 2018 founded Davenport Realty, with offices in London and Waterloo.


Brenda McKinley has been a leader in the Burlington Real Estate Community for almost 2 decades, and in late 2018 partnered with Davenport to open her own branch in Burlington. You can read about Brenda’s journey here.

In addition to an environment that builds success, we also provide substantial practical support. Our experienced administration team will help ensure your time is spent with your clients, not on the paperwork, and as a Davenport Burlington agent you will have access to our Concierge Service at a reasonable price, which is not affordable to the average agent.  We also conduct administrative training to ensure that, when the time is right for you to hire your own admin, you will be confident that they will meet your needs


To be successful we focus on 3 main areas of support:


1. We maintain a strong focus on lead generation, reaching out to potential clients via social media and online advertising while our inside sales team reaches out to potential clients by phone.


2. We train….. and train…. and train…. There is a huge focus on helping you learn and develop the skills you need to be successful. We provide Mentoring,  highly relevant inhouse training, and training from external experts. We help you build your own social media presence and show you how to utilise a CRM system to stay organised and use your time effectively.


3. We care! It sounds simple, but knowing you have experienced professionals to help on the end of the phone can be a huge relief, especially to newer Sales Representatives.




We’re at the exciting part. Our team is established and we are close to opening our brand new, custom designed retail office in a high traffic location in Burlington.
